Ohne Dich geht gar nichts – als Haustechniker:in (w/m/d) hältst Du alles in Schuss und sorgst dafür, das der Lebensraum unserer Bewohner:innen in einwandfreiem Zustand bleibt. Dein Einsatz und Deine Expertise sind unverzichtbar für das reibungslose Funktionieren unserer Einrichtung.
Kontrolle und Überprüfung von Anlagen und Geräten
Eigenständige Durchführung von allgemeinen Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
Pflege der Außenanlagen und Grünpflege
Kontinuierliche Bestandskontrolle
Unterstützung des Bewohnerbereichs (Einrichtung, Reparatur, Umzüge)
Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Handwerksberuf oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
