CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

Responsibilities:
CHI is looking for a Projects Administrative Coordinator to join the team
Supports clinic operations by performing duties impacting and or directly working with front line workers. This position performs tasks including or similar to epic template management, scheduling meetings, trainings, and/or clinic scheduling, and preparing presentations, agendas, and/or reports.
What You'll Do:
Schedules meetings, provider call, and/or training sessions for front line workers and/or clinic leadership
Prepares presentations, agendas, and/or reports for clinic leadership
Tracks data regarding but not limited to PTO, call schedules, and/or turnover
Supports provider and clinic leadership through calendar coordination, concur reimbursements, Kronos reconciliation, and/or other duties as assigned
Helps coordinate/support new or ongoing clinic projects, programs, and/or grants
Resolves issues upon request relating to but not limited to IT, onboarding, and/or scheduling conflicts
Qualifications:
Associates degree in management or healthcare related field or
1-2 years’ experience managing projects of varying size and complexity
