SPS Commerce is expanding our Early in Career Customer Success teams.  This growth is due to team members being promoted into other roles within SPS Commerce. The SPS Commerce Customer Success team is Obsessed with Customers. They are consultative by nature and have a solid understanding of our customers' business needs, guiding them along their journey. They equiptour customers with the best tools to face the challenges of the ever-changing retail environment, while working through implementations, responding to customer issues, and maintaining customer accounts.

You’re focused on providing an excellent customer experience. At some point in your career, you’ve had to answer to customers, provide an experience that leaves them feeling like they are our number one focus and left them feeling taken care of and heard.

You’re technically minded and enjoy solving problems. These days, technology is all around us. SPS Commerce provides technology for the retail supply chain. You don’t have to be a programmer, or invent the next big app, but if you can learn new technology and explain it to a customer, you’d be a natural in this position.

You’re not afraid to meet new people. You’ll talk to customers and learn about their business, so you can implement their software to meet the unique needs of their business. This will primarily be done over the phone, so you’ll want to be comfortable with picking up the phone and cultivating those relationships.

Early in Career Roles

 

Associate Customer Support Analyst

Associate Customer Support Analysts (ACSAs) are the primary point of contact for our retail customers and their trading partners to address questions and resolve issues through phone calls, emails, and web chats and help to ensure customers understand the value that the SPS Commerce product brings to their business. This role acts as a trusted advisor, product expert, and customer advocate.

 

Associate Consultant

Associate Consultants (ACs) are responsible for designing, developing, and testing product solutions with SPS customers. Associate Consultants work with new customers to set up our software platform as part of our "go-live" process and manager our customer relationship until they are successfully onboarding with SPS Commerce.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated technical aptitude

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
