Job Description:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business. Your primary focus will be on entering logistics data to support departmental performance.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

Compile, enter, and update data in databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Perform regular data quality checks and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare reports, process documents, and maintain records to support team activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing support as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Effective time management and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent experience

 

Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Some knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. Must be able to use a variety of office equipment. Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
