Due to internal mobility are looking to add a Consultant I to our Logistics Implementation team. As an implementation consultant you believe in collaboration and teamwork. You demonstrate a high level of urgency and are naturally curious and take initiative. In this role you will use your project management skills and technical aptitude to work directly with external customers and internal partners. Day-to-Day

As a Consultant I you will work among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers.  You will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, you will also manage escalated events as appropriate. 

Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.

Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.

Keep customer and other stakeholders informed of project progress.

Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.

Engage with clients, including 3PLs, carriers, and logistics providers, to understand their unique business requirements and challenges.

Analyze client needs and execute on design via tailored recommended solutions, ensuring alignment with their logistics and supply chain goals.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.

Serve as a subject matter expert on the technical configuration of a customers solution including providing guidance to clients on best practices and optimal use of the network.

Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure they are proficient in using the implemented solutions.

Conduct tasks and assignments as directed.

Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved 

 

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

 

Preferred Experience

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results

A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
