Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:The Senior Talent Strategist is an integral member of our Talent Acquisition team combining research and consultative skills to deliver an extraordinary level of service to our leaders. The Senior Talent Strategist will partner with our recruiters to develop candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

Identifies, prescreens, and evaluates candidates for open requisitions, managing candidates in process and providing them with a positive experience before transitioning candidate to corporate recruiting team.

Finds and evaluates candidate skills, experience, education, availability and motivation.

Support the organization’s efforts to identify, recruit, and develop a talent pipeline.

Sources both experienced and early career prospects.

Interfaces collaboratively with HR partners and hiring managers.

Showcases multiple mediums and tactics from advertising, social networking, and internet searches to cold calling, network events and competitor research. 

Sources active and passive candidates for the most critical, pivotal and hard-to-fill openings.

Occasionally represents the organization at recruiting events including information sessions, speaking opportunities, networking events, career fairs, and other employment branding events as identified, conducting on-site interviews when appropriate.

May provide ad hoc full-lifecycle recruitment or program execution support to Talent Acquisition.

 

Qualifications:
Experience:

Five years of full-cycle recruitment experience that demonstrates a solid background in developing and implementing recruitment strategies using traditional and non-traditional resources.

Confidence in reaching out to passive candidates.

Ability to self-manage daily activities to drive pipelines for multiple hard to fill and/or high volume positions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related job experience.

Special Skills:

Ability to build and foster effective relationships with customers (applicants hiring managers leadership and vendors).

Exceptional screening communication organizational and problem solving skills.

Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs.

Solid knowledge with applicant tracking systems and databases.

Proficient with Internet usage for sourcing/pipelining candidates

Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.

Writing effective search strings in order to produce/pipeline candidates.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

Ability to passionately represent Dignity Health and market our employer brand.
