Refinery & Petrochemicals Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities
Manage supply chain & logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy for one or more integrated refinery and petrochemical complexes.
Monitor and analyze the organization's supply chain performance metrics.
Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team.
Establish policies and procedures that optimize the supply chain and logistics performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain and logistics operations.
Requirements
BS degree in Supply Chain or any Engineering discipline with 10 years of experience in refining and petrochemical industry
At least 10 years of experience in refinery and petrochemicals supply chain & logistics.
Experience in implementing and managing supply chain management systems.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
