JOB SUMMARY
Our People & Culture team are extremely important members of the Active Day family We know that our work is crucial to the success of our business. Our People & Culture Administrative Assistant II works on many tasks simultaneously and is responsible for analyzing data used in determining important business decisions. As a result, they have extremely strong analytical skills, are proactive, take initiative and are able to work independently as well as part of a team. They have excellent time management skills and understand the urgency of meeting deadlines due to the criticality their work plays in the success of the company.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide subject matter expertise across multiple HR Systems including: Background Check System (Universal), eVerify, HRIS (Paycom).
Provide end-user training and support for Background Check System: Resolve and troubleshoot system-related issues experienced by end-users.
In a demanding, high-volume environment, provide front-line support to field leaders, answering “tier 1” HR-related questions and concerns, juggle multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities.
Provide support and crucial follow up for Worker's Compensation and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requests.
Review/confirm invoices for accuracy as well as open, distribute and reply to HR-related mail.
Identify business process efficiency opportunities and make applicable recommendations to team.
Liaison between external vendors and internal business partners; collaborate with People & Culture teammates, all corporate departments and field operations on projects, and any operational support that is needed.
Generate routine and ad-hoc reports from HR Systems for field and senior leadership and analyze data and present in a way that is translatable to business leaders.
Provide monthly, quarterly, annual compliance reports (EEO, BLS, etc.) utilizing appropriate tools and resources.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
HS Degree required; Bachelor’s or Associate Degree strongly preferred.
1-3 years administrative experience required. Administrative experience within HR strongly preferred.
Strong administrative skills including highly organized, ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects, manage time effectively and be proactive.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using critical thinking to recommend solutions and summarize complex data.
Highly organized, extremely high attention to detail and proactive.
Proven ability to build strong and trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong communication skills: Both verbal and written.
Strong collaboration and partnership skills.
Strong MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
