Overview:
The multi-tiered position will assume responsibility and accountability for clerical and technical related support services to ensure patient continuity of care and function to help meet department goals. Added responsibilities to include being the liaison between providers, patients, and families with oversight of daily clinician scheduling as well as organizing and maintaining all supply par reviews, aligning charge capturing, ordering, receiving, and overall oversight of supply management. Other duties to specifically include monitoring home Health employee licensure, vehicle registration, and insurance expiration verifications. Will oversee home Health policy and procedure timelines for assigning and filing.

 

Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalency

Computer experience including office 365, preferred.

One year of administrative clerical office experience, preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills
