What You Will Do:

 

The Project Director will support all aspects of grant implementation, day-to-day operations, and be the Field Coach for one of the three districts served on this project. Under the leadership of the Director, Residency & Alternative Pathway and the Associate Dean, Undergraduate Educator Preparation, the Project Director will: oversee the execution of activities implemented by the Field Coach; manage the budget; ensure deliverables and measurable outcomes are achieved; coordinate activities with the Evaluator to necessitate data collection and sharing; and manage relationships with district partners.

Essential Responsibilities:
Grant implementation, including regular communication with DOE Grant Manager, regular reporting, and all budgetary oversight ensuring deliverables and measurable outcomes are achieved.

Oversee day-to-day operations including communication with district partners, supporting student needs, supporting mentor and cooperating teacher requirements, and managing two positions: a field coach and evaluator.

Coach and support candidates from one district, including observations and feedback, scheduling meetings with mentors, and completing regular evaluations.

All other duties assigned.

 

Qualifications:
 

Master’s degree required.

3-5 years of experience in Project Management.

3-5 years of experience in Education Leadership, including observations/feedback, coaching, and meetings around instructional content.

1-3 years of experience in Grant oversight, including managing a budget and submitting regular reports.
