Account Manager - Hunter

Estamos buscando un Gerente de Cuentas proactivo y orientado a resultados para identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, vender soluciones de manera efectiva e impulsar el crecimiento de los ingresos. Este rol implica gestionar todo el proceso de ventas, desde la generación de leads hasta el cierre de acuerdos, asegurando una experiencia de cliente de alta calidad a lo largo del ciclo de ventas.

 

Tu rutina diaria será: 

 

Análisis de Necesidades del Cliente: Realizar un análisis detallado de los requisitos y puntos críticos del cliente para descubrir oportunidades para utilizar las soluciones de SoftwareONE. Trabajar de cerca con los clientes para entender sus objetivos empresariales y adaptar las soluciones que aborden sus necesidades específicas.

Venta Basada en Valor: Aprovechar un conocimiento profundo de las ofertas de SoftwareONE para articular la propuesta de valor a los clientes potenciales, alineando las características del producto con los requisitos del cliente para resolver desafíos empresariales y brindar apoyo.

Prospección y Generación de Leads: Implementar una estrategia proactiva para la prospección y generación de leads utilizando diversos canales, incluyendo llamadas en frío, eventos de networking, redes sociales y alianzas. Construir y calificar continuamente un sólido pipeline de leads.

Construcción de Relaciones: Establecer y cultivar relaciones fuertes con los tomadores de decisiones clave e influenciadores dentro de las organizaciones objetivo. Actuar como un asesor de confianza ofreciendo percepciones y orientación que se alineen con los objetivos estratégicos de los clientes.

Gestión de Pipeline: Mantener un enfoque estructurado para gestionar el pipeline de ventas, rastrear el progreso de los leads y oportunidades, y utilizar herramientas de CRM y análisis de ventas para evaluar la salud del pipeline y optimizar las tasas de conversión.

Que esperamos de tí:
+5 años de experiencia en:

Venta de servicios y soluciones tecnológicas complejas, modelos de consumo y resultados empresariales a la alta gerencia del cliente y sus equipos.

Comprensión integral de todo el proceso de ventas, desde la prospección y calificación de leads hasta el cierre de tratos y la entrega de cuentas.

Conocimiento profundo de la industria del software, incluyendo tendencias de mercado, análisis competitivo y tecnologías emergentes.

Calificaciones Deseables:

Dominio avanzado del inglés.

Certificaciones de AWS, GCP y/o Microsoft.

Compromiso con el desarrollo profesional continuo y actualización en los desarrollos de la industria y tecnologías emergentes.

Habilidades Conductuales:

Habilidad demostrada en prospección estratégica y desarrollo de relaciones, con un historial de fomentar confianza y credibilidad.

Excepcionales habilidades de comunicación verbal y negociación, capaz de articular conceptos complejos de manera clara y persuasiva.
