Responsibilities:
 The Marketing and Communications Project Manager will have the ability to work closely with internal partners to write and develop communications designed to engage employees with the Norton Healthcare culture; motivate their behavior and actions; and inform them of new programs, processes and benefits. The project manager also will help to develop advertising communications designed to engage and recruit future Norton Healthcare employees.

Qualifications:
Required:

3 years of experience in developing and implementing communication plans; strong writing abilities; understanding of brand and digital marketing.

Bachelor degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or similar field.

Desired:

Advertising or agency experience; published writer.
