As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you'll be pivotal in supporting our marketing endeavors and aiding in the execution of diverse campaigns. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing while collaborating with a skilled team in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in event planning and execution, encompassing logistics, venue selection, and vendor coordination.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing collateral like flyers, brochures, and banners to promote events and attract attendees.
  • Executing marketing strategies to amplify event visibility, encompassing email campaigns, social media advertising, and targeted audience outreach.
  • Engaging with clients to comprehend their event objectives and ensuring their needs are met throughout the planning phase.
  • Interacting with event attendees to furnish information, address queries, and enrich their event experience.
  • Analyzing event data and metrics to gauge marketing effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and operations to ensure seamless event execution and optimize outcomes.
  • Conducting research to discern trends, competitors, and opportunities within the event marketing domain.
  • Maintaining a proactive approach to learning about event marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and foster effective collaboration across diverse teams.
