Overview:
We are seeking an experienced executive program director to provide overall administration of pooled clients in the property and casualty (P&C) space. This will include pool administration, educating prospects on pooling and captives, oversight of staff servicing the pool, project management, working with key stakeholders, and more.

Responsibilities:
Overall pool administration and project management for public entity and other organizations

Provide oversight to a team of member relations, loss control, and/or claims servicing the pool

Retain and expand current clients

Drive the overall client strategy in order to exceed client expectations

Leverage expertise to manage pool clients, which includes renewals and growth of existing accounts

Develop and execute strategic plans that will achieve our clients' goals while contributing profitable growth for the company

Present strategies and pertinent information effectively to a Board of Directors and other key stakeholders

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and at least (5) years of related experience 

Appropriate licensing for Property & Casualty Insurance sales

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong project management skills

Strong ability to strategize and form viable solutions to problems 

Business development skills

Knowledge of pools and how they work

Strong leadership skills

Knowledge of employee benefits

Preferred:

Prior experience using (url removed)

Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred

Prior leadership experience

Managed P&C coverages for a pool or grouping of clients

Behaviors:

Successfully manage competing priorities

Proficient use of technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality

Build collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clients

Comfortably engage others in a consultative sales dialogue
