BLOOM365, an Arizona interpersonal violence prevention and response non-profit, along with schools and population specific community-based organizations serving children and adults of all ages who have special needs, will address this gap through Safety for All (SFA), a Sexual Assault Services Program.

SFA is a school and community-based program to increase help-seeking, safety, healing and well-being among victims of SV with disabilities. As the Program Director of Safety for All you will recruit, supervise and support a team of advance practice MSW counseling interns and maintain existing school and community collaborations across Maricopa County, Arizona.

In addition, per the grant contract, you will have a direct service role, facilitating advocacy and case management services to victims and survivors of sexual assault with disabilities. **The core target population is primary and secondary youth victims and survivors with disabilities, ages 11-24.** The secondary target population is SFA program participants of all ages, plus their non-offending family members/caregivers.
