Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

CTTX Health is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead our revenue cycle operations. As the Director of RCM, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue cycle process, ensuring accurate and timely billing, maximizing revenue collection, and optimizing financial performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the revenue cycle management operations.

Manage and optimize the billing and collections processes.

Ensure compliance with billing regulations, coding guidelines, and payer requirements.

Implement revenue cycle improvement initiatives, including the use of technology and automation.

Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.

Collaborate with finance, coding, and clinical departments to resolve revenue cycle issues.

Provide training and education to revenue cycle staff on best practices and regulatory changes.

Stay current with industry trends and changes in payment models, coding guidelines, and reimbursement methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of optimizing revenue cycle performance and maximizing revenue collection.

Strong knowledge of billing regulations, coding guidelines, and payer requirements.

Proficiency in healthcare revenue cycle management systems and technology.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of healthcare financial management and accounting principles.
