Overview:
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., one of the world's largest insurance brokers, is seeking a Sales Operations Leader for the SW Region and a Strategic Growth Advisor for GGB US. As a Sales Operations Leader, you will work at the intersection of sales, client strategy, and execution. Your role will involve generating optimized go-to-market strategies, expanding the pipeline, and increasing the win rate. You will collaborate with various functional areas of the business and be an advocate for sales discipline and accountability. As a Strategic Growth Leader, you will be responsible for four strategic initiatives, including rolling out the CORE360® value proposition and providing training on company-wide initiatives. Both roles require travel and will be based remotely.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and prospects

Coordinate with the U.S. CORE360® team on domestic and international objectives

Support the VP, Strategic Growth and the National Director, Client Strategy in executing GGB leadership goals

Implement and assess property tools and resources

Provide ongoing training and support to Gallagher Connect Partners

Train Producers and Service Team members on underused tools, products, and services

Guide Producers on leveraging Gallagher's network to retain or win new accounts

Enhance practices between data and analytics systems and CRM systems

Deliver professional development trainings to increase efficiency

Build relationships within the SW region, across the Gallagher network, and with external vendor partners

Assist with recruiting and hiring new producers in the SW region

Manage emerging producers in the SW region

Create a performance dashboard for SWR producers

Coordinate in-person meetings and webinars for training and development

Stay updated on new initiatives and tools and roll them out to the SW Region

Work with the SW Regional marketing team to execute email campaigns and hold producers accountable

Qualifications:
Master's Degree with 5+ years of training experience (or Bachelor's with 10+ years)

Training, project management, and/or process improvement certifications are a plus

Excellent persuasive speaking skills

Strong planning, organizing, and project management skills

Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

Ability to effectively communicate with different audiences

Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Outlook

Excellent influencing, teamwork, project management, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage competing priorities

Flexibility as required
