Mit dem SoftwareOne MultiVendor Support bieten wir unseren Kunden einen 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für derzeit 11 verschiedene Softwarehersteller in nur einem Vertrag. Unser Service Success Management verwaltet und ermöglicht unseren Kunden einen flexiblen Zugriff auf das komplette SoftwareOne Services Portfolio.

Das Aufgabengebiet:
Als Junior Service Success Manager (gn) bist du Single Point of Contact für einen oder mehrere Kunden im Bereich SoftwareOne Multi-Vendor Premium Support.

In dieser Position hast du die Möglichkeit und die Zeit dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und an Schulungen teilzunehmen. Dabei wirst du von deinem Buddy unterstützt, der dir im Daily Doing auch zur Seite steht.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst das ganzheitliche Management dieses Supportvertrages, dazu gehören die folgenden Aufgaben:

Organisation und Steuerung der Onboarding-Phase

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Support Management, sodass der Supportvertrag den individuellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden entspricht

Beratung zur optimalen Nutzung des Servicevertrages und Sicherstellung des maximalen Mehrwerts unserer Services

Initiieren regelmäßiger Service-Meetings und Unterstützung des Incident- und Problem-Management im reaktiven Support

Optimierung von Leistungen mit Blick auf die Prozesse unserer Kunden und Identifikation von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen --> So ermöglichst Du unseren Kunden den Zugang zu weiteren Dienstleistungen und bist zudem für die Qualitätssicherung und die Bereitstellung entsprechender Ressourcen verantwortlich

Rufbereitschaft ist Teil der Aufgabe

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:
Uns ist egal, ob du ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im technischen Umfeld gemacht hast, oder dich dein ganz eigener Karriereweg zu unten genannten Erfahrungen gebracht hat.

Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld als Service Delivery Manager (gn), als Technical Account Manager (gn), Projekt Manager (gn) oder Consultant (gn) und hast Erfahrung im Service Management.

Du bringst ein breites technisches Verständnis des IT-Umfeldes sowie Erfahrung in ITIL und Projektmanagement mit.

Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden bis hin zur C-Ebene zeichnen dich aus.

Eine sehr ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Teamorientierung sowie Umsetzungsstärke beschreiben dich.

Du bist offen für Reisen im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten.
