We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will have a passion for critical care, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

As an ICU Nurse, you will provide care for critically ill patients who require constant monitoring and intervention. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to administer medications, manage ventilators, monitor vital signs, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in the ICU

- Administer medications and monitor patients’ vital signs

- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans for patients

- Monitor and adjust ventilators and other life support equipment

- Provide emotional support to patients and their families

- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options

- Maintain accurate and complete patient records

Requirements

Requirements:

- Current RN license

- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience

- BLS and ACLS certification

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
