Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)

CTTX Health is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As a Pediatric RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents.

As a Pediatric RN, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and monitor patients, administer medication and treatments, provide education to patients and families, and ensure the overall well-being of pediatric patients.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for pediatric patients.

Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.

Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Provide education and support to patients and families, addressing their healthcare concerns and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric healthcare setting.

Current BLS certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Passion for providing compassionate care to pediatric patients and their families.
