We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. As an RN in the Emergency Department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients who require immediate medical attention. You will be responsible for assessing patients, administering medications, providing treatments, and monitoring their progress. Additionally, you will work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and their medical conditions upon arrival in the Emergency Department
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and progress, and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Document all patient care activities and interventions in electronic medical records
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, medications, and treatments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Emergency Department or critical care setting
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
