Organisation und Durchführung der bewohnerbezogenen Verwaltungsvorgänge

Erstellung der Grundlagen für die Fakturierung

Allgemeine Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsarbeiten

Unterstützung des Empfangs

Kompetenter Umgang mit Bewohnern und Angehörigen

Qualifikationen:
Das bringst Du für den Job als Verwaltungsmitarbeiter:in (w/m/d) mit 

 

Du hast bereits eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen? Selbstorganisation und Struktur liegen Dir? Werde Verwaltungsmitarbeiter:in (w/m/d) und entscheide Dich für Pflege mit Herz

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als Verwaltungsfachangestellter (w/m/d) o. Ä., idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen

Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Heim- oder Krankenhausverwaltung von Vorteil

Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse

Selbständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Empathie und Kommunikationsgeschick
