The property  includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (RareBird Gift Shop). Additionally, guests can enjoy a Mokara Spa, fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas. The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space inclusive of a 20,000 square foot ballroom, 10,000 square foot ballroom, and a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre-function space that overlooks the park.

Job Description:
An amazing opportunity to be a pivotal part of the a great Omni convention collection hotel. Opened in January 2021, the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a true outdoor recreation, entertainment and culinary destination paying homage to the heritage and modern progress of the city. With 605 guest rooms and suites, the luxury hotel will showcase views of the 70-acre Scissortail Park and the downtown skyline with 75,000 square feet of meeting and event space, sports bar, specialty restaurant, coffee shop and a retail venue.

 

The purpose of the Night Audit Supervisor is to assist the Front Office Management Team oversee and coordinate all night time front desk and audit functions, to execute computer maintenance requirements, and ensure all financial transactions for the day are verified and balanced.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare a timely and accurate Daily Report (Daily Business Summary DBA)
• Expeditious and diplomatic resolution of guest problems
• Fully knowledgeable in all emergency procedures
• Accurate preparation of VIP, complimentary, house use rooms, and out of order lists
• Ensure proper registration of guests and credit procedures are followed
• Distribution of all nightly reports
• Next day arrival setup (Next day specials, billing, etc.)
• Ensure Comp Room Report is checked and completed prior to 11pm
• Obtain nightly city-wide occupancy and average rate figures
• Maintain current back up reports
• Handle express check-outs ensuring their completion
• Maintains four diamond service levels within the overnight front desk team, assisting with additional training as needed.
• Preparing weekly night audit schedule
• Ensuring adherence to all systems and control procedures
• Assist in and ensure completion of night audit checklist and responsibilities
• Balancing of daily postings and revenue
• Provide clear and consistent communication with all overnight staff
• Must arrive promptly for shifts and remain on property for the duration of shift until a relief manager has arrived
• Assists the Front Office Management Team with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Prior Front Desk/ Night Audit experience required

Excellent customer service skills required

Prior experience in high volume luxury hotel preferred

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and resolve issues on the spot

Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be available for scheduling based on business demands to include weekends and holidays

Must be able to work primarily overnight with minimal supervision
