Mission générale
Le conseiller d’entreprise participe au développement de l’activité Sage du service Business développement. Il est le premier interlocuteur du prospect et garant de l’image de la société. Il accompagne le prospect dans sa réflexion et la mise en place des outils de développement de son entreprise ou future entreprise. Sa connaissance de l’environnement facilite son approche de conseil et permet d’être force de proposition. Il entretient une relation de confiance dans le temps avec les prospects.
Missions détaillées
Réalise les campagnes marketing définies par le groupe à travers les ciblages fournis.
Qualifie la base de données.
Détecte des projets en lien avec les objectifs assignés.
Il est garant de la qualité du lead apporté.
Il travaille sur les différents canaux permettant de détecter des leads.
Il participe éventuellement aux différents salons/JPO…organisés par la société sur les marchés couverts (aide à l’animation, participation physique).
Il assure un reporting de ses activités (fiches société, contacts, opportunités, activités, module campagne…)
Effectue un suivi post lead permettant de confirmer la bonne réalisation de ses actions.
Assure un feed-back régulier des remontées terrain/marché utiles pour l’entreprise
Travail en étroite collaboration avec le responsable marketing sur des actions pontuelles.
En mode entrant (digital et appel entrant) :
Traiter sans délais tous les types de lead.
Prend en charge les demandes entrantes provenant de tous canaux (digital, appels entrant, éditeur…).
Valide la demande par rapport aux critères de validation de la société ou à travers une requalification avec le prospect.
Crée les leads pour transfert aux forces commerciales en charge des projets
Profil:
Profil Recherché :
Formations Bac +2/3 en commerce, gestion, informatique
Expérience de détection de projets
Technique de vente télémarketing, vente et négociation.
Bonne culture générale et connaissance du monde de l’entreprise.
Compréhension du fonctionnement de l’entreprise (processus, organisation, enjeux business.).
Savoir collecter les informations complexe, afin d'en retenir les éléments pertinents.
Mettre en œuvre les techniques de communication orale et rédactionnelle
Connaissance éventuelle de l’environnement des logiciels Sage
A l’écoute, collaboratif, capacité à convaincre, aisance relationnelle, agilité
