Sales Development Representative

Direct Hire

Hybrid schedule in Coppell, TX (3 days in office a week)

$62k+ OTE

Addison Group has an immediate opening for a Sales Development Representative in Coppell, TX.

Job Duties:

The job entails making 100 outbound calls per day to targeted verticals and C-level personas, focusing on identifying customer pain points to generate qualified leads. Meetings are scheduled with Account Executives based on location. The role involves presenting the company platform to mid-market C-level finance executives, updating CRM records, executing outbound calls and digital touches, meeting or exceeding KPIs, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and communicating with management and team members. Additionally, the job requires maintaining knowledge of company products, preparing accurate reports, and providing suggestions for optimization.


Must have:

  • 1 year experience in sales
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills, in person and over the phone/web.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results driven, highly customer centric
