$18.96/hr minimum - $28.45/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)
The HR Representative provides administrative support to the HR department, assists with payroll processing and delivers high quality customer service to all employees
Responsibilities:

o Screens employment applications for educational and job fit for target
departments.
o Deliver quality candidates to manager’s candidates through the screening,
orientation and on-boarding requirements.
o Source leads within region using industry resources through high volume
outbound phone strategy in order to fill open positions and minimize days
to fill openings.
o Generate innovative lead sources by staying current with staffing trends
across specialties/divisions.
o Facilitates phone interviews for target departments.
o Schedules interviews for hiring managers.
o Works directly with hiring managers to review and analyze department
and facility turnover data
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Human Resources Management, or related field required or a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experiences.
Licenses and Certification
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
Experience and Skills
Thorough knowledge of HR and current industry trends.
Strong operational understanding of employment law, HR policies, and its impact on employee experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive, privileged, confidential and/or non-public information in an appropriate manner.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis in Excel and Power-Point.
