Manager, Digital Storytelling

The Storytelling department is the owner of the brand voice. We are responsible for transforming marketing strategies and consumer insights into compelling creative concepts for all markets. We collaborate within our department and across Global Marketing, Product Development, Communications, and Digital to deliver consumer-facing content that is unique to fresh. We love telling stories as much as using skincare.
Your Impact to the role:
Generate creative, compelling, and succinct copy with high conversion and SEO targets to support campaigns across digital channels (onsite and e-retail assets, organic social, paid media, email, blog, etc.)
Work closely with Storytelling campaign leads to ensure digital copy is consistent within the 360-campaign strategy and implements brand voice
Responsible for concepting and creating paid media scripts (including voiceovers and supers) on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms in partnership with marketing and East and West markets
With an expertise in the native social space and in partnership with the social team, develop on-brand captions that are engaging and “edutaining”
Own product page content with a focus on reformulations and repositing of products, leveraging SEO strategy, consumer insights, and high conversion tactics
Have a pulse on social, paid media, and beauty industry trends and competitive
Support Storytelling in editing, proofreading, and validating all consumer-facing digital material
Your impact in your first year:
The Manager of Digital Storytelling will be instrumental in optimizing our digital conversion rate globally. They will play an active role in implementing digital copy strategy into at least 6 major campaigns in partnership with Storytelling, Social, and Digital and infusing a digital-first mindset in the greater Storytelling team. They will also have set up an efficient process of updating product page copy to improve web performance based on category growth goals.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
