Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative Qualify leads from sales and marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries into verified sales opportunities for Quantum Fiber. Engage prospects through calls, emails, and outreach to introduce Quantum Fiber internet, bundled packages, and enterprise connectivity solutions. Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored Quantum Fiber plans aligned with residential and business requirements. Maintain CRM records of prospect activity, sales milestones, and feedback to support retention, compliance, and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding, timely activations, and reliable account management. Monitor telecom market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies, strengthen Quantum Fiber’s positioning, and drive sustainable growth.
