If you have a passion for solving tough problems and a commitment to doing what’s right for our guests, we want to hear from you Your Responsibilities Will Include: Utilizing your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests. Building your experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns swiftly and effectively. Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicating effectively with the service department regarding customer concerns. Working together with fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of automotive diagnostics and repair experience. A team-oriented, energetic individual with an upbeat attitude. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing all types of vehicle systems. Flexibility and a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction. Expertise in diagnostics, drive-ability, and electrical problem-solving. A drive to enhance overall shop productivity. Ability to quickly master factory scan tools. Experience in automotive systems instructing and/or as a Shop Foreman is a plus. ASE L1 Master certification preferred; must be willing to attain if not already earned. Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Proficiency in navigating a computer efficiently.
