If you thrive on delivering exceptional service and enjoy tackling tough challenges, we want to hear from you Your Responsibilities Will Include: Utilizing your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests. Building your experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently. Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicating effectively with the service department regarding customer needs. Working alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of automotive diagnostics and repair experience. A team-oriented, energetic individual with a positive attitude. Ability to diagnose and repair all types of vehicle systems. Flexibility and a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction. Expertise in diagnostics, drive-ability, and electrical problem-solving. A drive to enhance overall shop productivity. Quick mastery of factory scan tools. Experience in automotive systems instructing or as a Shop Foreman is a plus. ASE L1 Master certification preferred; must be willing to obtain if not already earned. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Capability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Willingness to walk or stand for most of the workday. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
