If you thrive on solving tough problems and are committed to doing what’s right, we want to hear from you Your Responsibilities Will Include: Diagnosing and fixing vehicles using your extensive knowledge and skills. Building your experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently. Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicating effectively with the service department about customer issues. Working together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of automotive diagnostics and repair experience. A team-oriented, energetic individual with a positive attitude. Ability to diagnose and repair all types of vehicle systems. Flexibility and a strong focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction. Expertise in diagnostics, drive-ability, and electrical problem-solving. A drive to enhance overall shop productivity. Quick mastery of factory scan tools. Experience in automotive systems instruction or as a Shop Foreman is a plus. ASE L1 Master certification preferred; must be willing to obtain if not already earned. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Capable of working in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk/stand for most of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
