We’re searching for enthusiastic technicians who share our passion for helping customers and solving automotive challenges Your Role As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to provide outstanding service. If you have a positive attitude and a talent for diagnosing vehicle issues, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Gain hands-on experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to efficiently troubleshoot customer concerns. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers. At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
