Your Role As an Automotive Technician, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to quality service. We’re seeking energetic individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to finding solutions for our customers’ automotive needs. Key Responsibilities Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction. Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues. Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk or stand for most of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
