Your Role Are you an energetic and upbeat automotive technician with a passion for problem-solving? We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service to our guests. If you have a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests leave satisfied. Gain experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn and grow in your role. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
