Job Description: Senior Account Manager Marketplace (US) Location: USA Reports to: CSO Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a Senior Account Manager Marketplace (US) to exclusively lead the growth of our rewards marketplace business in the US. This is a strategic, high-impact role for a specialist who understands the complex landscape of global reward fulfilment and can articulate its value to large enterprises. The ideal candidate isnt just a seller; you are a marketplace champion. You have experience selling complex B2B solutions and can navigate procurement, HR, marketing, and finance stakeholders to close enterprise?level deals. You will be the expert on our clients global rewards marketplace, leveraging our catalog to secure key logos and drive growth across the US. Key Responsibilities Specialized Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle for our clients rewards marketplace in the US, targeting new enterprise logos and expanding within existing accounts. Marketplace Evangelism: Serve as the go?to expert on our global rewards marketplace (thousands of offerings, multi?denomination, multi?country) and clearly position its strategic advantage versus more limited alternatives. Strategic Account Planning: Identify, prioritize, and build actionable account plans for Fortune 1000 and high?potential mid?market accounts with complex, global reward and incentive needs. Pipeline & Revenue Management: Build, manage, and forecast a robust marketplace pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Industry Presence & Thought Leadership: Help position our clients marketplace as a premium solution in the US through client meetings, customer stories, and participation in relevant industry events and forums. Objectives & Key Results (OKR) Overview Achieving $3M+ in billed and collected revenue for the Plum marketplace in the first fiscal year. Maintaining a minimum 4x pipeline coverage ratio of qualified opportunities. Achieving 100% customer retention and expansion within your Plum portfolio. Preferred Qualifications 3-10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling marketplace, rewards, incentives, or global e?commerce solutions. Proven, hands?on experience selling a multi?product marketplace platform to large enterprises. You must be able to provide specific examples of deals closed. A deep rolodex and established network within the rewards, incentives, or corporate gifting industry is a significant advantage. A documented history of strategic account planning and execution (e.g., using MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies). Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms. "Hunter" mentality with exceptional executive presence, discovery, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel for key client meetings and industry events as needed. Industry & background preference Candidates from the loyalty, rewards, benefits, incentives, or corporate gifting industry would be preferred. Any entrepreneurial or founder experience (including side ventures or early?stage builder roles) will be a big plus.
