Senior IT Project Manager The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for projects delivering business applications used in energy efficiency programs. The Project Manager will be directly responsible for the success of the customer and the projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, capable of planning, managing, and executing software projects effectively. Skills and competencies - Proven experience as a project manager in software implementations, including migration projects and new client deliverables. - Ability to self-prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fluid environment. - Solid technical background with understanding of business applications such as Salesforce.com. - Strong relationship-building skills across functional areas. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. - Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking. - Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams through tight timelines and difficult discussions.
