Salesforce lead/ Architect - B2B Commerce Cloud strong Note: Only locals in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Must) Experience Level: 14 to 18 years Responsibilities Lead the design development and deployment of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions Translate business requirements into scalable secure and high-performance technical solutions Oversee the full development lifecycle including architecture coding testing and deployment Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and governance models Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Client Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders Facilitate regular onsite meetings workshops and technical deep dives with business and IT teams Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for nontechnical stakeholders Proactively manage client expectations scope and timelines Provide strategic input to help clients optimize their Salesforce investment Project Delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects business analysts QA and DevOps Manage onsite delivery teams and coordinate with offshore counterparts Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage risks and dependencies Support UAT go live and post deployment activities Qualifications 8 - 12 years of IT experience with at least 3 - 5 years in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Deep understanding of B2B commerce features account hierarchies contract pricing entitlements and order workflows Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP OMS and payment gateways Proven experience in leading onsite client engagements and managing stakeholder relationships Salesforce certifications such as B2B Commerce Specialist Platform Developer II or Application Architect preferred Preferred Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients Experience working in Agile Scrum environments Ability to travel and work onsite at client locations as needed Seniority level Executive Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Smart IT Frame LLC by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
