General Production Worker Join our dedicated team working on the foam, filtration, and composite production line. You will contribute to the manufacturing of fans and industrial filters in our fabrication shop during the night shift from 4am to 3pm. Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment on the production line efficiently. Assist in the assembly of fans and industrial filters. Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines. Essential Skills: Previous production experience. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. The role requires standing for long periods and adherence to safety protocols. Dress code is casual but safety-compliant. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
