What you’ll be doing: Facilitate check-in processes for customer products being returned from Service routes Review and appropriately process all items returned to Route Service Representatives (RSRs) from customers Communicate with RSRs to ensure all documentations for returned items are received Work with RSRs to address and resolve discrepancies between actual returns and paperwork Remove products from customer invoices and processing credits to customer accounts, when necessary Account for and verify that undelivered products are returned to inventory Maintain records of off-service products Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner Ensure compliance with company policies Manage and perform the verifying processes, as directed.
