General Production Worker Join our dedicated production team to work on the foam and filtration composite production line. This role involves working in a fabrication shop focused on manufacturing fans and industrial filters. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain equipment on the production line. Ensure the quality and efficiency of production processes. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Essential Skills: Experience in production or a similar environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and reliability. Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr.
