Accurately input client data into professional tax software. Record and manage inbound calls and customer inquiries. Assist with basic tax return preparation under guidance. Learn and support CRM system processes and workflows. What We’re Looking For: Strong interest or background in accounting or finance. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
