We’re looking for Tax Preparers who love working with numbers, solving problems, and making tax season stress-free for clients. Responsibilities: Prepare and review accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses. Conduct client interviews to gather and verify financial details. Provide friendly, professional support throughout the tax process. Input data quickly and accurately using tax software. Identify deductions and credits to maximize refunds or reduce liabilities. Explain tax rules clearly and simply to clients. Stay current with tax law updates and compliance requirements. Assist clients with basic tax planning and audits. Collaborate with the team to meet goals and improve efficiency. Join marketing and outreach efforts when needed. Qualifications: Prior tax prep or accounting experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry. Basic knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles. Comfortable working under pressure during peak season. Experience with tax software (training provided). Demonstrates strong integrity and respect for client privacy. Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
