Position Overview We are seeking motivated, early-career professionals to join our Business Development team. This role provides comprehensive training and hands-on experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and consultative sales. As an Entry-Level Business Development Associate, you will represent Skyline Strategies in person, working directly with potential clients to identify needs, present solutions, and foster lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities •Conduct in-person outreach, meetings, and presentations with prospective clients. •Promote Skyline Strategies’ services through tailored, consultative discussions. •Build and maintain strong professional relationships to generate ongoing business opportunities. •Attend networking events and industry functions to represent the company. •Accurately document activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. •Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in initiating conversations. •Professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand effectively in client-facing situations. •Goal-oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability. •Ability to work on-site full-time in Midtown Manhattan and travel locally as required.
