We are looking for an experienced Tile Installer to join our team and contribute to high-quality residential remodels.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Tile Installer with a strong background in setting tile for floors, walls, showers, and backsplashes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and takes pride in precision work. This is a 1099 subcontractor position offering steady, year-round projects with a supportive team environment.ResponsibilitiesInstall tile in bathrooms, kitchens, and other residential spacesPrepare and level surfaces, including mortar beds and backer board installationCut and fit tile precisely using proper tools and techniquesGrout, seal, and finish tile installations to company quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized job siteCommunicate effectively with project managers and other team membersFollow company safety and installation guidelinesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in residential tile installationProficient in setting tile for floors, showers, and backsplashesKnowledge of leveling systems, waterproofing methods, and layout designMust have your own truck and professional toolsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and quality craftsmanshipCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive payConsistent, year-round workOpportunities for growth with a rapidly expanding companyProfessional, team-oriented work environmentScheduleMonday-Friday (occasional weekends if needed)Full-time availability preferred
