If you are an experienced tile installer looking to partner with a respected and fast-growing commercial interiors company, we want to hear from you.We complete a wide variety of commercial tile projects-schools, healthcare facilities, office buildings, industrial spaces, retail environments, government facilities, and more. We keep our subcontractors busy and aim to develop long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships.We pay agreed-upon labor amounts per job, and all materials are provided.RESPONSIBILITIES* Review and execute work orders according to project scope and specifications* Install commercial tile systems including ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, and specialty tiles* Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas* Inspect work for precision, accuracy, and overall quality* Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades* Follow all safety policies, procedures, and site requirements* Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on timeQUALIFICATIONS* Proven experience as a commercial tile installer or tile subcontractor* Strong knowledge of tile setting tools, equipment, leveling systems, and layout best practices* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks: lifting heavy tile boxes, kneeling, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods* Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work* Reliable communication and strong interpersonal skills* Valid driver's license and clean driving record* Liability insurance required; worker's comp strongly preferred* Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background checkWHY PARTNER WITH JACK LAURIE GROUP?At Jack Laurie Group, we value tile professionals who bring skill, pride, and reliability to the jobsite.
