Restoration services will always be needed- this means you'll have a long-term opportunity to use your skills with us at Rainbow Restoration.Specific Responsibilities:Become proficient in the established industry standards for water damage restoration.Explain our processes and progress to customersEnter job notes and photos into software programMonitor progress and record moisture readingsCommunicate effectively with customers, insurance carriers, claims handlers, etc concerning scope and/or status of work.Maintain company equipment and vehiclesWork together well with co-workers to get the jobs done right and as efficiently as possibleJob Requirements:Valid Driver's License, Clean background check, Able to pass initial and random drug test.Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Computer literate; ability to learn and use our business softwareExcellent communication skillsCustomer service orientedNoticeRainbow International LLC is the franchisor of the Rainbow International Restoration franchised system.
