Specific Responsibilities:
- Become proficient in the established industry standards for water damage restoration.
- Explain our processes and progress to customers
- Enter job notes and photos into software program
- Monitor progress and record moisture readings
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance carriers, claims handlers, etc concerning scope and/or status of work.
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles
- Work together well with co-workers to get the jobs done right and as efficiently as possible
- Valid Driver's License, Clean background check, Able to pass initial and random drug test.
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Computer literate; ability to learn and use our business software
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
