Water Restoration TechnicianRainbow Restoration offers residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services and has recently expanded into our new cleaning factory in Fairfield OH. We hire people who set high standards for themselves and want to "Live RICH" with a team that values Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus, while Having Fun in the process.As a Water Restoration Technician, you are a key team member responsible for industry standard drying of water and remediating mold damaged property. No experience is necessary and training will be provided.This position is right for you if you are looking for 40+ hours, are honest and dependable, willing to be trained to the highest standards of our industry, thrive in fast paced environments and helping people, and are a great team player. Understanding the nature of our business, and the urgency of our services for those affected by disasters, you must be able and willing to work after hours 6-7 times a month. Bonuses and overtime for after hour shifts apply.$18.00 starting with no experience and up to $25 with certifications and experience plus bonuses.Specific responsibilities include:Become proficient in the established industry standards for water damage restoration.Explain our processes and progress to customersEnter job notes and photos into software programMonitor progress and record moisture readingsCommunicate effectively with customers, insurance carriers, claims handlers, etc concerning scope and/or status of work.Maintain company equipment and vehiclesWork together well with co-workers to get the jobs done right and as efficiently as possibleJob requirements include:Restoration experience wanted, but entry level techs needed tooValid Driver's License, Clean background check, Able to pass initial and random drug test.Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.Computer literate; ability to learn and use our business softwareExcellent communication skillsCustomer service orientedBenefits include: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance available; vacation; paid holidays; company outings and company matching 401K.We are actively interviewing for this position - apply today and our hiring manager will follow up
