Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Roofing & Sheet Metal Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial roofing projects. The Foreman will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to motivate and support field employees. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise roofing and sheet metal crews on commercial projects • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards • Oversee project setup, daily operations, and jobsite cleanup • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to maintain productivity • Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications • Communicate project status with the General Superintendent and Project Managers • Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and efficiency • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing and sheet metal installation experience • At least 2 years of supervisory/foreman experience • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to read plans and specifications • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, waterproofing, and architectural sheet metal • Proficient in basic technology • Must be physically fit and able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and steep roofs • Valid driver's license • Forklift and/or Aerial Lift Certification preferred What We Offer • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Matching retirement plan • Paid holidays and vacation • Annual bonus program • Growth opportunities with a respected local contractor All completed application can either be mailed/delivered to 225 Apple St., Norco, La 70079 or emailed to [email protected]APPLY
