Communication is key in this industry and includes listening, speaking, and writing. Working on the top of the world most days is priceless; however, you must be able to get there. Climbing ladders and working at heights is an absolute must. Employees must have the ability to perform assigned tasks daily with strong attention to detail.

This position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to completing tasks on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and be disciplined. You must have stayed awake in a geometry class for a minimum of 1 year.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of Safety/OSHA guidelines.
• Experience with Metal Panels
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to get to and from job sites and/or the shop is required.
• Must be able to climb a ladder; position requires lifting of 50 lbs or more.
• Must be reliable and enjoy working outdoors in a variety of climates and NOT have a fear of heights.

Transportation: This position is located in our New Hope office however; job site location will vary throughout the Twin Cities and the state of Minnesota. This position may require some out-of-town work. All employees are responsible for their transportation to and from the job site and/or shop.

Pre-employment Screening: Physical, Drug Screening, and Background check required.

The rate of pay is based on experience and rages from $30 to $52 per hour.
